Created by Haviland in 1893 as a tribute to the grand salon of the Élysée Palace, Salon Murat features noble neoclassical gold relief friezes, in the style of the First Empire.
The oval platter showcases roasts, whole fish and poultry. Its elongated shape accommodates large pieces, while its well collects juices for serving.
