Created for Empress Eugénie, this collection of infinite delicacy combines a crown of violets, the sovereign’s favorite flower, with Second Empire style and swirling stems that prefigure Art Nouveau.
The oval platter showcases roasts, whole fish and poultry. Its elongated shape accommodates large pieces, while its well collects juices for serving.
